He holds a Global Executive MBA for Healthcare and the Life Sciences, an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Cognitive and Neural Science, and the Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation.

With more than fifteen years of leadership experience, Loren has helped organizations strengthen workplace culture, improve people practices, navigate complex employee and labour relations matters, and achieve recognized standards of excellence.
