Presentation at the Canada West Health Leaders Conference

On October 25, 2023 I presented at the Canada West Health Leaders Conference. The theme of the conference was “Caring for people who care for people”. This resonated with me and the people strategy I have been implementing at Louis Brier Home and Hospital. Caring for its employees has been one of its primary approaches in its quest to be an “Employer of Choice”.

I participated in a “Lighting Round Presentation” which means I had only 10 minutes to present! This constraint really forced me to consolidate the approach and package it up in under 10 slides.
