You can’t be at the right place at the right time if you don’t show up!

After one of the speakers could not make the conference, I was asked by the organizers to stay and join a panel on Strategies and Successes for Supporting Your HHR Team. I had a bit to say about this topic so agreed to participate! While I would have preferred to have been a more prepared, it was a great experience for me to think fast, improvise, and go with the flow of the discussion! To do this along side Matt Snyder, SE Heath’s CHRO was an absolute honour and privilege!
