It was an absolute pleasure to participate in the Q&A session at the 2024 SafeCare BC Leaders Health and Safety Forum. I had the opportunity to share some of the innovative initiatives we've developed at Louis Brier Home and Hospital that foster employee wellbeing and drive its health and safety culture.
