Just me talking about potato chips …why? Today’s healthcare job market is like the chip aisle. So many career sites and job postings look alike with organizations presenting the same boring bag of potato chips.

The conference organizers invited me to speak alongside three others in a session they call “Revolution in the Round”. The session’s theme was “Mining the gold that you have”. An organization’s competitive advantage is the gold. Effective employer branding is cutting and polishing this gold to make it shine brighter than any other on the market.
