Presentation at Spark’s HR Solutions in Healthcare Conference.

While studying at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management I applied MANY business principles through course assignments and exercises. However, instead of trying to attract customers or improve their user experience (UX), I focused on attracting applicants and improving the employee experience (EX). I believe that now more than ever businesses need to treat their applicants and employees like customers in order to stay competitive. It was only fitting that I travel back to Toronto to discuss my capstone project on the Employee Value Proposition at Spark’s HR Solutions in Healthcare Conference.
