As a healthcare executive and HR professional, I have been working most of my career in partnership with the The Health Employers Association of BC (HEABC). That’s why it was such an honour to be recognized for “Leading Human Resources and Labour Relations Practices” through their HEABC’s Awards Program! My accomplishments are embedded within the encouragement and support of my Senior Leadership Team and my dynamic and hardworking HR Team at Louis Brier Home and Hospital. The highlight was sharing this moment with my teammates who do an incredible job of lifting me up!
